Getting access
Most people join HoanIt through an email invitation from their business. Open the link in the invitation, create your password (or sign in if you already have an account) and you're added to that business with the role you were invited as.
Staff who don't have a work email can still train using a PIN profile on a shared kiosk tablet — see Kiosk mode & PIN profiles.
Business owners can also sign up and create their own business; they become its owner automatically.
The three roles
- Employee — takes assigned trainings.
- Team Leader — manages the team and day-to-day training for a business.
- Business Owner — everything a Team Leader can do, plus branding, billing, roles and business-wide preferences.
Your role is per business. You can be an owner of one business and an employee in another.
Belonging to more than one business
If you're a member of several businesses, use Switch company at the bottom of the left sidebar. Managers can also use the Business selector at the top right of the dashboard.
Your profile
Open Profile in the sidebar to update your name and photo, change your password, and choose which notifications you receive.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A reset link is emailed to you.
