- Completion across journeys and lessons
- Quiz and role-play scores
- Each person's progress, including their individual answers and role-play submissions
Check Reports weekly and follow up with anyone falling behind your training pace.
Announcements
Open Announcements to post a message to everyone in the business, such as a new training launch or a policy reminder. Team members see it in their notifications.
