Chapter 2.1

Taking a training

How journeys, lessons and modules fit together, and working through them.

How trainings are organized

  • Journey — a whole program, such as "New Hire Onboarding."
  • Lesson — one sitting inside a journey, usually a few minutes long.
  • Module — one step inside a lesson: something to read, a quiz, or an AI role play.

Starting

  1. Open Current Training. Your next lesson is at the top.
  2. Select it to begin. Work through the modules in order.
  3. Your progress saves automatically — you can stop and pick up where you left off.

Some journeys unlock lessons one at a time, in order. Others let you take lessons in any order. Your business decides which.

Finding other trainings

Training Library lists every training available to you, including ones you've finished. Some trainings can be repeated for practice; if a training doesn't offer a retake, your business has turned that off.

Training pace

Your business may set a target number of lessons per week. Reminders are based on that pace, so a little each week keeps you on track.
