Open Settings in the sidebar. Most settings can only be changed by the Business Owner. Team Leaders can see them.
Business details & branding
Set your business name, upload a logo, and choose primary and secondary brand colors. HoanIt uses your branding throughout the dashboard your team sees.
Training pace
Set how many lessons per week (0–14) employees should complete. Reminders and expected progress are based on this.
Training preferences

| Auto-issue certificates | Issues a certificate when someone completes a training. |
| Team Leaders can create trainings | Lets Team Leaders create and edit trainings, not just owners. |
| Enforce minimum role-play scores | Learners must reach the module's minimum score to pass. |
| Show customer folder | Shows the assigned character's folder during role plays. |
| Email on assignment / completion / overdue | Sends email alerts at each of those moments. |
Billing
The HoanIt Plan is $89 per seat per month, and your first seat is free. Adding a member adds a seat. Charges for members who join partway through a billing period are prorated. Owners can see the current plan, invoices and payment method under Settings → Billing.
