For Owners & Team Leaders

Building trainings, managing your team, kiosk tablets, business email, reports and settings.

Owners and Team Leaders manage a business in HoanIt from the Overview, Training Tools and Manage sections of the left sidebar. If you manage more than one business, use the Business selector at the top right of the dashboard to switch between them — everything you see and change applies to the selected business.

Owner vs. Team Leader

  • Business Owner — full control: branding, billing, team roles, training preferences and the business email webmail password.
  • Team Leader — runs day-to-day training: team roster, invitations, kiosk access, reports and announcements. Owners can also allow Team Leaders to create and edit trainings (see Settings, branding & billing).
